Privacy statement

The Monash University Accident Research Centre (“MUARC”) will collect your personal information when you register as a user of the Victorian Injury Atlas website, make a data download request, send feedback or make enquiries. This information will be used to administer your use of the site and any requests you make for Victorian Injury Atlas data. If you agree, Monash will also send you communications and updates relating to the Injury Atlas of Victoria.

The Victorian Injury Atlas website may also automatically collect non-identifiable data about how you use the website so we can improve it. This data may be shared with trusted third party providers to help us perform statistical analysis and to provide you with required services or support.

Monash University values the privacy of every individual’s personal information and is committed to the protection of that information from unauthorised use and disclosure except where permitted by law.
